The New York TV Bed FAQ
Are they easy to assemble?
Yes they are very straight forward to assemble and will take around 30 minutes to do so. The only tool required by the customer is a screw driver. We will be releasing a install video soon.
How does the TV mechanism work?
The mechanism is pre installed and requires to be plugged into a UK mains power socket. The TV will pop up and down at a press of the remote.
What are your delivery terms on orders?
We will deliver direct to your customer free of charge. We will arrange a delivery time that fits in with your customer without you having to get involved. Delivery will be carried out within 3-5 days.
What are your account terms?
We are selective with who sells our TV bed range as we don’t want to devalue our company name. You will require having a retail store and history of trading. Credit accounts are provided but an independent assessment will be carried out.
What are your warranty terms and conditions?
We offer a one year warranty on the whole of the TV bed including the electronic mechanism. If a claim is made within this period all parts will be provided free of charge.
